No it does not. Copyright lasts for 70 years after the item in question is published, though it used to be only 14.
what if you want to use something that could be copyrighted before it becomes legal?
you would either have to pay the one who made the thing in the first place or ask permission to use it. you can't change the original too much and you must put a link to the original.
